This Privacy Policy explains how the Campaign to Re-Elect Frank and Ben to Millburn Township Committee ("Vote for Millburn," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website at voteformillburn.com or communicate with us, including by text message.

We only collect information you choose to give us, such as when you fill out our contact form. This may include:

Donations are processed on a separate page by our payment provider, Anedot; any payment information you enter there is handled by Anedot under its own privacy policy, not by us.

Text messaging (SMS) program & terms

If you provide your mobile number and check the consent box on our contact form, you agree to receive recurring automated campaign text messages from Vote for Millburn — including updates, event invitations, and volunteer and get-out-the-vote reminders — at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any donation, purchase, or other support.

• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Supported carriers may change; the program is available on major U.S. carriers.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your opt-in and consent information is never shared with third parties.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share limited information only with service providers who help us operate the campaign (for example, our website host or email provider) and only to the extent needed to perform those services, or when required by law. As stated above, mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared for marketing purposes.

Data retention

We keep the information you submit only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal recordkeeping requirements, after which it is deleted.

Your choices

• Text STOP to stop campaign texts.
• Use the unsubscribe link in campaign emails to stop emails.
• Email info@voteformillburn.com to ask us to access or delete the information you've provided.

Security

Our site is served over HTTPS. While no method of transmission is completely secure, we take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us.

Children's privacy

Our site and messaging program are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
